摘要
利用激光焊接技术的特性,针对汽车发动机、车身、悬架和传动系等零部件,从其结构设计、材料选配到制造进行创新。应用结果表明:对于进排气门、正时齿轮和悬架装置等承担疲劳载荷的零部件,激光焊接可满足其较高的强度要求;诸如发动机罩、保险杠等板金件,激光焊接与材料、结构设计相结合则可提高刚性、减轻质量。
This paper presents that by taking advantages of laser welding technology,some innovation and creation have been made in engine,body,suspension and transmission system during structure design,selection of materials and production.The application results show that laser welding can meet higher strength stress demands for those fatigue load parts,such as intake and exhaust valves,timing gear,suspension equipment.For those stamp parts such as engine hood,bumper,combining with materials and structure designs,laser weld can increase rigidity and reduce weight.
