摘要
采用多种无损检测方法对1台安全状况为4级的,带大量超标缺陷的在役液化石油气球罐进行了定期检验。通过综合安全评定,鉴别并排除了其中的危险缺陷。由此既减少了返修工作量,又提高了球罐的安全状况等级。
This paper introduced the peridical inspection and safety evaluation for a 4-grade-safety LPG
spherical tank in service with many unacceptable defects by using several kinds of NDE. The dangerous defects
were identified and removed finally. Through this way, the repairing work was reduced greatly and the safetygrade of
the spherical tank was raised.
