摘要
压力容器在化工生产中,随着使用期的增长,在载荷长期作用下,所用的材料逐渐出现劣化倾向,设备制造中的焊接缺陷可能进一步扩展。这些因素就成为安全使用需要解决的主要问题。解决这些问题可延长压力容器使用寿命及节约钢材、能源。文中对一台丙烯贮罐的裂纹缺陷采用断裂力学观点和方法分析缺陷产生的原因,并在核定材料现有机械性能的基础上,进行了失效评定,给出继续使用寿命,同时提出缺陷修复的方案。
The pressure vessel in chemical production is widely used with the growth of the age, and as the containers materi- als gradually degrade tendency under the loads, welding defects of original equipment manufacture may be further spread, and such factors which will be the main problems need to be removed in terms of security. To solve these problems can prolong the life of the pressure vessel and save steel and energy. Here in this paper, the propylene tank crack defect are analyzed by using fracture mechanics ideas and methods. Based on the pressure analyze the reasons vessel assessment of the current verification ma- terial mechanical properties,it determines life of use and at the same time brings forward a defect repair scheme.
