摘要
基于大量的现场运行数据,可以建立汽包压力的动态数学模型。在对原汽包压力机理模型分析的基础上,由可测变量代替原机理模型中的不可测变量,在满足小扰动的条件下,对汽包压力建模过程中的非线性过程进行了线性化处理;利用汽包压力以及各输入数据小范围内变化以及接近线性化的现场数据,建立了不同变工况下的汽包压力动态数学模型,并且对其进行了仿真研究。结果表明,当分别对给煤流量、给水流量和汽包入口水温进行阶跃输入时,汽包压力的响应过程的总体趋势是与其机理相一致的。
Based on lots of on-line data, dynamic models of drum-steam pressure could be built. On the analysis of mechanism models of drum-steam pressure and through the measurable variable instead of non-measurable variable, non-linear process of drum-steam pressure had been treated with linear on little disturbance; On utilizing on-line data of drum-steam pressure and the other inputs with little range changeable and near linear, the steam pressure dynamic models had been built in the different transient states and the simulation had been studied as well. The response processes of drum-steam pressure model built to the main inputs are accordant with its mechanism process. Figs 3, table 1 and refs 7.
