摘要
目的 :调查分析临床不合理用药情况 ,寻找解决不合理用药的方法及对策。方法 :采取随机抽样的方式 ,共抽取住院病历 132 4份 ,对临床用药种类和数量 ,抗菌药的使用及不合理配伍情况进行统计分析。结果 :临床用药不合理病历达 6 85份 ,占总数的 5 1.7%。结论
Objective: To investigate the situation of clinical unreasonable drug use to find the courtermeasure.Method: 1 324 case histories were be selected randomly. The classes and amounts of clinical drug use of and the use and unreasonable combined use antibiotics were analysed.Result: This survey showed that the situation of clinical unreasonable drug use involoved 685 patients.Conclusion: The situation of clinical unresonable drug use is rery serious.
