摘要
针对工程项目管理中存在的主要问题 ,从推行项目经理责任制、成本核算制、协调各层次的关系等方面 ,介绍了深化和规范项目管理的对策 ,以提高项目管理水平。
According to the problems existed in project management in this paper from some aspects,such as establishing manager responsible system,accounting system of project cost and so on several countermeasures are proposed for deepening and normalizing project management to improve management level.
