摘要
残余应力是影响零件疲劳、断裂的重要因素和表征构件早期质量的重要参量。本文着重介绍了无损检测残余应力的X射线衍射法和磁弹性法 ,阐述了用检测残余应力的方法预报航空结构件突变断裂的可行性。
Residual stress is an important factor to effect fatigue and fracture of a part and an important parameter for characterizing the early quality of structures. In this paper, X ray diffraction and magnetoelasticity methods for nondestructive inspection of residual stress are introduced emphatically. The feasibility for predicting discontinuous fracture of aeronautical structures by using the residual stress detecting method is described.
