摘要
为了避免柴油-乙醇乳化燃料在实际使用过程中,由于乙醇吸水导致的柴油与乙醇的分层现象,研究了柴油-工业乙醇(含水量为5%)乳化燃料所需乳化剂的最佳HLB(亲水亲油平衡)值以及不同含水量对最佳HLB值的影响.试验结果表明,柴油与工业乙醇乳化时,最佳HLB值为3.3~3.8;柴油-水乳化液所需乳化剂的最佳HLB值为2.8~3.3.随含水量的增加,柴油-乙醇-水乳化液所需乳化剂的最佳HLB值增大,乳化燃料分层时间变长.在柴油-乙醇乳化燃料中加水有利于提高乳化燃料的稳定性.
To obtain stable and economical diesel-alcohol emulsion fuel, and to avoid the delamination of the emulsion fuel caused by alcohol's absorbing water, the optimum HLB (hydrophilic and lipophilic balance) number of the fuel emulsion for diesel-industrial ethanol (water: 5%) emulsification and the influence of water on the HLB were studied. The results showed that the optimum HLB number of the fuel emulsion for diesel-industrial ethanol emulsification was about 3.3-3.8 and the optimum HLB number of the emulsion for diesel-water emulsification was about 2.8-3.3. With water content increasing, the optimum HLB number of the fuel emulsion for diesel-ethanol-water emulsification approached to that for diesel-water emulsification, and the delamination time got longer. It is concluded that adding water into diesel-ethanol emulsion fuels can improve the stability of emulsification.
