摘要
选择合适的精制矿物油作为基础油,筛选乳化剂、防锈剂和助溶剂及剂量,研制出一种防锈乳化油,同时确定乳化剂合成的合理工艺,试验表明,研制的防锈乳化油产品质量达到行业指标要求,冷却润滑性优良,易清洗,防锈期长,无毒无味稳定性好。
An antirust emulsified oil is formulated by choosing suitable refined mineral oil as base oil and adding proper amount of emulsifier, antirust agent and solubilizer. At the same time, the synthetic process of emulsifying agent is determined. The result of test shows that the quality of the developed oil can meet the requirements of specialized standards, with excellent lubricity and stability, long antirust period, innocuity & insipidity, and easy to clean.
