摘要
我国高校图书馆女性工作者的密集程度高至70~85%。这种现状形成的原因很复杂:社会大环境实际存在的“女性歧视”或“女性偏见”;高校周围小环境图书馆工作“低层次”氛围潜移默化的影响;家庭小环境“贤妻良母旺夫”传统理念的更多要求。鉴于图书馆工作者“优秀”男性比例增高将是学科发展与择业观念进步的必然趋势,高校图书馆女性工作者要有职业“危机”意识,爱岗敬业,直面性别差距,加强专业理论与技术素质建设,实现“干事业—理家庭”的职业女性角色超越。
The library woman workers in our country's colleges and universities account for 70-85 percent.The cause of this situation is very complicated.In the new circumstances,the library woman workers should have the sense of crisis,be dedicated to their career and job,face up to distinction between man and woman ,and improve their overall quality,in a bid to become the excellent career women who play the part of both dedication to a cause and housekeeping.
