摘要 对用于凝胶注模成型的氧化铝悬浮液进行了分散效果和流变性的研究 .根据液体介质中分散固体颗粒的三种基本分散机制 ,通过调节悬浮液的pH值和加入分散剂来获得沉降量最少、分散效果最好的悬浮液 .实验表明 :pH值、分散剂用量均会明显的影响悬浮液的分散效果和流变性 .当pH =9、分散剂用量为 0 .2 5 % (质量比 )时 ,效果最好 .在此基础上 ,研究了固相含量对悬浮液流变性的影响 ,并制备了固相含量达 5 1.2 8% (体积比 )的浓悬浮液 ,粘度为 96 9mPa·s。 The dispersion and rheology of alumina aqueous suspension for gelcasting have been investigated. According to the dispersing mechanisms for solid powders dispersed in liquid, the suspension with least deposition and best dispersion effect have been gotten by adjusting the pH value and adding dispersants. The results showed that both pH value and amount of dispersant can affect the dispersion effect and rheology, the optimum had been achieved when pH=9 and the amount of dispersant was 0.25%(mass percent). On this basis, the solid content effect on rheology of alumina aqueous suspension has been investigated, and the high solid content of alumina aqueous suspension with 51.28%(volume percent) and 969 mPa·s viscosity has been prepared which fully fits into gelcasting.
