摘要
采用新开发的有机黏结剂体系,成功地将凝胶注模成形工艺应用于铝基粉末制品。制成了成形坯体密度和强度较高,收缩率较小,形状较为复杂的零件坯体。通过在原材料粉末中添加1%(质量分数)的镁粉,并在露点-40℃的氮气气氛下烧结,成功制备了铝基烧结零件。由于有少量AIN的生成使烧结铝基材料得到强化,抗弯强度达到325 MPa。
Gel-casting technology was successfully applied to aluminium based alloys using a new binder system developed.Green parts of high density,small shrinkage and complex shape were obtained by this process.Sintered Al based parts were also produced by addting magnesium powder(about 1wt%)in the raw powders,and sintering in nitrogen atmosphere with very low dew point(40℃).Bending strength of sintered Al alloys was 325 MPa,due to the formation of A1N.
