本文首先论述了智力资本的构成及其特征 ;进而从理论和企业的发展实践方面分析了智力资本与企业竞争力的关系 ,认为企业的核心竞争力来自于企业拥有的智力资本 ;
The paper first discusses composing of intellectual capital and its characteristics,then analyses the relation of intelligence capital and core competence of enterprises from theories and development of enterprises aspects and thinks that core competence of enterprises derivates from intelligence capital that enterprises possess.At last,the paper studies Intelligence capital management.
