摘要
文章分析了在网络环境下作为大学图书馆核心业务的参考咨询工作出现的新特点、新趋势 ,并就大学图书馆进一步加强参考咨询工作 。
This article analyzed the key function of university libraries to provide readers with reference consultancy services and its characteristics and trends in the current development of internet.It then put forward several suggestions on how to provide readers with better reference consultancy services to make the libraries more competitive.
