摘要
目的 探寻新的优良杀菌剂。方法 以嘧霉胺和有生物活性的酸为原料,室温下反应1h。结果 合成了16个有生物活性的嘧霉胺盐,其中15个为首次报道的新化合物,结构组成经元素分析、IR及1HNMR确证,并测定了它们对4种植物枯萎病菌的室内毒力作用。结论 反应条件温和,产率高,且多数化合物具有较好的抑菌和杀菌作用。
AimSearching for new fungicides.MethodsWTUsing pyrimethanil and biological active acids as materials react at room temperature for 1 h.ResultsSixteen pyrimethanil salts were reported. Fifteen of them are synthesized for the first time. Their structures have been confirmed by IR,~1H NMR and elemental analysis. And the preliminary toxicities of the compounds have been tested.ConclusionThe reaction condition was mild and the yield was high. The biologicidal activities tests showed that most of them exhibited excellent fungicidal activities.
