摘要
目的寻找新的优良杀菌剂。方法利用含氮有机碱与有机酸结合成鎓盐的反应原理,以苯氧酸和嘧霉胺为原料,室温反应1 h。结果合成了9个取代苯氧乙酸嘧霉胺盐,其中8个未见文献报道;分析鉴定了结构组成,并初步测试了它们的室内毒力作用;探讨了结构与杀菌活性的关系。结论反应条件温和,产率高,大部分化合物具有较好的抑菌及杀菌作用。
Aim To look for good new fungicides. Methods Organic basis containing N atom and organic acids react at room temperature for lh. Results Nine pyrimethanil substituted phenoxyacetate were synthesized. Eight of them are reported for the first time, and their structures were confirmed. The preliminary toxicities of the compounds have been tested. The relationship between the structures and the fungicidal activities of the compounds was discussed. Conclusion The method for the preparation of pyrimethanil substituted phenoxyacetate is more available with mild reaction condition and good yield. The fungicidal activities tests indicated that most of them exhibited excellent fungicidal activities
