摘要
从世界范围看,行刑社会化已成为行刑领域的一个趋势,其深度与广度已成为衡量一个国家文明程度的重要标志之一,我国目前正在进行社区矫正的有益探索。笔者首先阐述了对“社区矫正”的理解,其次从实际行刑的角度谈了此项改革的必要性和“社区矫正”制度运行中一些问题的粗浅思考。
Socialization of crime punishment has become a trend. The extent and depth of this socialization has become one of the important indicators which reflect a country's civilization development. Our country is undergoing the experiments on community correction currently. The author of this article begins with the elaboration on the comprehension of community correction, and then explains the necessity of this reform and gives some considerations on some problems during the implementation of the community correction.
