摘要
场外交易市场与场内交易市场在交易制度、交易方式、交易成本等方面存在着差异。场外交易市场的特点决定了建立并完善多层次证券市场有助于解决国有股分流、内部职工股流通、中小企业融资等诸多问题。目前我国已具备建立规范的场外交易市场的法律空间及硬件基础。
Off-floor trading market is different from on-floor trading market either in rules, methods or
cost of transaction. Its features justify the proposal that a well-established multileveled security market system
will contribute to the solutions to state-owned shares reposition, staff shares circulation, small and medium
sized businesses funding etc. The legal environment and technical support for standard off-floor trading market
is now available in China.
