摘要
许多人对我国的场外交易市场在认识上有五大误区。目前我国的场外交易市场中存在着不规范行为。为了解决我国场外交易市场中存在的不规范行为，证券管理机构应对场外交易从交易方式、交易制度、发行制度等方面进行改革。
There are five mistakening conceptions held by nume rous people in their understanding of the over-counter stock exchange in our co untry. In order to restrict the irregular behaviour in the over-counter exchange , the stock administrative organs should introduce a series of reform into the ex changing means and system and delivering system in the over-counter stock excha nge.
