摘要
英汉语中有许多以动物名词设喻的语言现象。翻译实践中如何透过这些动物名词的字面语义信息 ,深入挖掘其中蕴藏的文化内涵并采用相应的翻译对策是一个值得研究的话题。
There are many animal names used as metaphors in both English and Chinese. How to decode the cultural connotation of animal names apart from their literal meaning and using corresponding techniques in translation practice is a topic worth studying.
