摘要
目的 :探讨儿童头发和全血铅、锌、铁、钙测定的应用价值。方法 :用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法 ,对 12 8例 2~ 5岁儿童进行头发和全血铅、锌、铁、钙测定 ,以全血铅、锌、铁、钙含量为标准。结果 :头发铅测定的灵敏度可达 88.1% ,应用串联试验 ,头发铅测定的特异度可提高至 81.3% ;头发锌测定的灵敏度可达 86 .0 % ,特异度为 5 2 .3% ;头发钙测定的灵敏度为 78% ,特异度为 6 9% ;头发铁测定的灵敏度为 71% ,特异度为 77%。结论 :头发微量元素测定可作为微量元素缺乏和超量的筛查和诊断的一种方法 ,头发样品容易采集、运输和保存 ,因此头发微量元素含量测定适合在中小城镇及农村使用。
Objective: To investigate estimation on application value on children of hair trace elements content determination.Methods: The content determination of lead,zinc,iron and calcium in whole blood samples and hair samples from 128 children aged from 2 to 5 years old.Comprared to the whole blood lead,zinc,iron and calcium content determination as the gold standard.Results: The results showed that the determination of hair lead testing sensitivity was 88.1% ,The specificity of serial testing was increased to 81.3% ,Combined with determination of zine ,iron and calcium content in hair.The hair zine ,iron and calcium testing sensitivity respectively was 86%,71.8%,78.8%,The specificity respectively was 52.3%,77.3%,69.3%.Conclusion: Trace elements content determination on hair of children is a method for sifter check and diagnostic trace elements lack and exceed.
