信宜市教育城幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养评估及分析

Investigation of Trace Element Content in Children from Jiaoyucheng Kindergarten of Xinyi City

摘要 为了对信宜市教育城幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养进行评估,共采集了教育城幼儿园幼儿239例头发,其中男165例,女74例,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定头发中的钙、锌、铁、铜、锰和铅的含量,其结果分别为:钙584.84±178.76μg/g,锌178.10±83.38μg/g,铁61.67±17.49μg/g,铜14.03±8.92μ/g,锰2.86±1.73μ/g,铅7.1 3±2.83μg/g。按照世界卫生组织的四级评估标准进行评估,钙、锌和锰等元素没有发现中度以上的营养缺乏现象,其中铁只有0.4%重度营养缺乏,铜只有8.0%中度营养缺乏,有害元素铅没有发现中度以上超标现象。比对结果,信宜市教育城幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养水平,远优于当地及周边城市的幼儿园幼儿。幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养是否均衡,应作为幼儿同总体评估指标之一。 The content of trace elements in the hair of 239 children from Jiaoyucheng kindergarten of Xinyi city was investigated, of 239 children, 165 were males and 74 were females. The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP -AEP) was used to detect the content of trace elements such as Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn and Pb. The results showed that the content of Ca was (584.84 + 178.76) μg/g, Zn was (178.10 ±83.38) μg/g, Fe was (61.67 ± 17.49) μg/g, Cu was (14.03 ±8.92) μg/g. Mn was (2.86 ± 1.73) μg/g and Pb was (7. 13±2.83) μg/g. Evaluated by the fourdegree ranking criteria issued by World Health Organizati above malnutrition of Ca, Zn and Mn was not found in the children, on ( WHO), middle - degree or but 0. 4% of the children were affected by severe malnutrition of Fe, and 8.0% affected by middle-degree malnutrition of Cu. The content of Pb did not exceed the middle-degree standard. The comparison results showed that the content of trace elements in children from Jiaoyucheng kindergarten of Xinyi city was superior to those from the kindergartens of the surrounding cities. It is suggested that the contents of trace elements should be used as one parameter for the comprehensive quality evaluatio of kindergartens.
