摘要
研究了稀土与钛对锌基合抗金在95℃水蒸汽NaCl水溶液中耐晶间腐蚀的作用。结果表明,两种元素皆可提高锌基合金的抗晶间腐蚀能力;稀土与钛的复合加入可大幅度提高抗晶间腐蚀能力,基本上抑制锌基合金的老化现象。
The influence of RE and Ti on intergranular corrosion resistance of Zine-base alloys has been studied in the mediums of aqueous vapour (95℃) and NaCl solution. The results show that both of two elements additions can improve the intergranular corrosion resistance of Zine-base alloys. The compound additions of RE and Ti can greatly improve intergranular corrosion resisance, and almost eliminate the ageing phnomenon of the alloys.
