摘要
研究了人工时效和蒸汽处理条件下添加Cu、Cr、Si、Mn、Ti、稀土元素和NaCl变质对Zn-27 wt%Al铸造合金的尺寸、力学性能稳定性和耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,无Cu合金比含Cu合金的时效尺寸稳定性提高了80%~85%;在95 ℃×240 h蒸汽加速老化条件下,力学性能稳定性提高了47%~64%.其中ZnA127CrMg合金具有较高的使用价值,经95 ℃×240 h蒸汽处理后,仍保持较高的塑性和韧性:αK=18 J/cm^2,δ5=4.4%,σb=338 MPa,而且具有较高的铸态性能:αk=28 J/cm^2,δ5=6.4%,σb=400 MPa.
The effects of adding Cu, Cr, Si, Mn, Ti, RE and NaC1 modifying during artificial ageing and steam treating on stability of size and mechanical properties and the intercrystalline corrosion resistance of Zn-27 wt% Al casting alloy were studied. The results show that the size stability of the alloys without Cu during aging increase by 80% - 85% than that of the alloys with Cu;and the stability of the mechanical properties increase by 47% -64% under 95℃× 240 h steam accelerated ageing, after which the ZnA127CrMg alloy possesses higher use value and keeps higher plasticity and toughness αK=18 J/cm^2,δ5=4.4%,σb=338 MPa. The alloy also possesses higher casting properties: αk=28 J/cm^2,δ5=6.4%,σb=400 MPa.
