摘要
在对1995～2003年间武汉科技大学校医院诊治的37例中老年不典型急性心肌梗塞病例进行分析的基础上,探讨不典型急性心肌梗塞早期误诊原因,并得到如下结论:中老年不典型急性心肌梗塞的临床表现多种多样,容易误诊、漏诊。因此临床医师不能局限于相应器官上,而应结合各项检查进行综合分析,尽早作出正确诊断,以避免误诊、漏诊。
This paper discusses the causes of misdiagnosis in early untypical acute miocardial infarction, which is based on analysis of 37 cases of middle and old-aged patients of untypical acute miocardial infarctions who were cured by the Hospital of Wuhan University of Science and Technology during 1995～2003. The conclusion reached is :the diversity of clinical manifestations of untypical acute miocardial infarctions leads to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and clinical doctors should base their diagnose on synthetical analysis of all kinds of examination as early as possible so to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
