摘要
介绍了化学镀非晶态镍磷合金镀层的性能及应用情况。通过试验研究,分析了镀液成分等与镀速的关系,提出的化学镀工艺镀速较快、稳定性较好,已应用于阀门行业。
The properly and application of electroless amorphous nickel-phosphorus alloy plating is described in this paper. The relation between plating rate and composition in plating bath has been analyzed in detail through test work. The electroless plating technology presented here has the advantages of high plating rate and better stability. It has been used in valve production.
