摘要 对酸性Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P双层直接连续化学镀的工艺进行了试验研究。通过对钼酸根与次磷酸根加量比对镀速的影响,络合剂与pH对镀速及成分影响的研究,优化得到一种双层化学镀的酸性镀液的组成。试验研究了钼含量对镀层结构的影响,进而确定了具有非晶结构的双层镀的最佳工艺并对其性能进行了研究。 The Technology of double layered electroless plating of Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P Alloy in Acidic Solution was studied in this paper. The composition of acidic solution was obtained by a serial of experiments. The experiments included the investigation of the effects of MoO42-/H2PO2 ratio, pH value and complex agent on the deposition rate and composition of Ni-Mo-P coating. The effect of the amount of Mo amount on the microstructure of the coating was also studied. Based on the experiment results the technology of Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P double layered coating in acidic solution was determined, and its performance was also investigated in this paper.
