摘要
为了实现气体分馏装置的先进控制,需要使用软测量技术对气体分馏装置中的产品含量进行计算。由于软测量模型计算得到的结果不可避免要存在误差,因此需要对计算结果进行在线修正,以减少和实际结果的偏差。文章阐述了一种利用化验值的软测量在线修正方法。将滤波修正与一阶动态响应相结合,并采用了新的滤波系数计算公式。利用炼油厂实际数据和软测量模型的计算值,对这种在线修正方法进行了检验,实际数据的检验结果表明了修正的有效性,所得结果可以用于工厂先进控制的实施。
In order to implement advanced control in gas fractionation units,the real time product quality must be acquired.The com-putation maybe deviated from the real value because of the unavoidable errors of the soft-sensor model,so it should be corrected to en-sure the accuracy.This paper expounds a on-line correction method of soft-sensor,which depends on the lab measurements.This is amethod of 1-order and higher order filter with the processing of 1-order dynamic response,and a new computing method of the filter co-efficient is proposed.This correction method is tested with the data collected from the refinery and the inferred value of the soft-sensor.The result indicates the validity of the correction,and the updating result can be used in advanced control system.
