摘要
开发了精馏塔的严格机理模型,用三对角矩阵算法对模型进行求解,采用BWRS状态方程计算泡点、露点和相平衡常数等热力学及物性参数,利用有机回归K技术在保证模型精度的同时大大提高了运算速度。以具有代表性的乙烯精馏塔作为模型验证对象,验证结果表明,所建立的严格机理模型可用于实际工业过程;将基于严格机理模型的精馏塔软测量技术用于气分装置中的脱丙烷塔和丙烯精馏塔,对温度和组成进行软测量,温度和组成的计算值与测量值吻合;基于严格机理模型的精馏塔软测量的精确度和可靠性能完全满足实际应用的需要。
A rigorous mechanism model for the and was operated by tri-diagonal matrix algorithm. soft sensor of distillation columns was established Bubble points, dew points and phase equilibrium constants were calculated by means of multi-parameter BWRS equation of state and the K method of organic regression was used to heighten the operation velocity. The model was verified in an ethylene rectification tower and the result showed that the rigorous mechanism model developed for distillation column was very accurate. The soft sensor technology based on the rigorous mechanism model was used in the measure of temperatures and compositions in a depropanizator(typical multi-component distillation column) and a propylene distillation column(typical two-component fractionation equipment, and the results accorded with the actual data.
