摘要
本文介绍了变频液压技术的原理及变频液压技术在注塑机中的应用和发展,总结了变频液压技术在注塑机中应用的优点,针对注塑机变频液压系统的几个关键问题进行了详细的分析。指出注塑机变频液压系统是注塑机驱动控制系统发展的重要方向之一。
The principle, use and development of variable frequency hydraulic technology in injection molding machine (IMM) are introduced. The advantages of the use of variable frequency hydraulic technology in IMM are summarized. Several key problems in variable frequency hydraulic system of IMM are detailed analyzed. This article points out that variable frequency hydraulic system is one of important directions in development of the drive control system of IMM.
