摘要
Al- Ti- C合金作为目前铝合金中添加的新型晶粒细化剂,对于其中碳含量的测定有必要进行研究。本试验利用高频红外碳硫分析仪测定Al- Ti- C合金中的碳,对多元助熔剂钨粒、纯铁及镍的加入进行对比试验,选择合适的助熔剂组合并确定了加入的顺序。同时讨论仪器有关测试条件的设定,得到最佳仪器分析条件,满足Al- Ti -C合金中的碳含量测定的要求。
It is necessary that researching into the carbon content of Al-Ti-C used as the new grain refiner for aluminium,carrying out the determination of carbon in the Al-Ti-C alloy using IR-spectro-metric C/S determinator, choose the optimum determinating conditions which include kinds of flux:tungsten,iron,nickel,and the order of addition of the sample,etc.;the setting of instrument testing conditions is discussed, in order to obtain the best anaytical condition satisfing the determination of carbon in the Al-Ti-C alloy.
