摘要
本文提出了Cu(II)-KBr-结晶紫三元配合物体系光度法测定血清铜的新方法,此方法方便、迅速、准确,用于血清铜的测定,结果令人满意.
The spectrophotometric determination of seru copper with the ternary complex system of Cu(Ⅱ)-KBr-CV was introduced.The method was simple rpid and accurate.The method was used to determine serum copper with satisfactory results.
