摘要
采用生化法测定妊娠16~41周血清铜270例,血清锌250例。结果为:正常妊娠血清铜逐渐上升,40周以后有所下降;血清锌从妊娠24周以后逐渐下降。妊高征患者血清铜明显高于同孕周正常妊娠(P<0.05),血清锌则较同孕周正常妊娠低。IUGR的铜、锌均低于妊娠晚期值(P<0.01)。多胎妊娠血清铜升高,锌无规律性改变。
Serum copper (270 cases) and zinc (250 cases)were detected biochemically in pregnant women for 16-41 gestational weeks. Serum copper levels in normal pregnancy increased with gestational period, and began to decrease after 40 week's gestation. Serum zinc levels were higher than that of the non-pregnant in periods<20 weeks and 24-47 weeks,but became lower than that of the non-pregnant in the period from 20 to 23 weeks. Generally speaking, it decreased gradually with gestation weeks. Serum copper levels in pregnancy toxemia were higher than that in normal pregnancy (P<0.05), and serum zinc levels were lower than that in normal pregnancy. Serum copper and zinc levels of IUGR were less than that in the later stages of pregnancy (P<0.01). In multiparous pregnant women, copper values were high, but zine values vary without regularity.
