摘要
本文以划线损伤方法在Balb/c 3T3细胞造成了纤维母细胞损伤模型,以Northernblot检测了这种刺激对c-fos mRNA表达的影响。结果表明,损伤 30min后就可在 Balb/c 3T3细胞中检出 c-fos mRNA。
A wounded model was created by scalping a confluent monolayer of Balb/c 3T3 cells. The mRNA expression of c-fos gene in the cells was detected by a Northern blot. The result indicated that c-fos mRNA expressed in the wounded cells in 30 minutes after wounding.
