摘要
目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠心肌凋亡蛋白Fas、Fasl的影响。方法 60只Balb/c雄性小鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、柯萨奇病毒(CVB3)感染组(感染组)和病毒感染加IGF-1干预组(治疗组)。在实验第10天处死动物,留取心肌标本。免疫组织化学法检测心肌组织Fas、Fasl的变化。结果 IGF-1能显著降低VMC小鼠心肌凋亡蛋白Fas、Fasl的表达。结论 IGF-1对VMC小鼠的心肌细胞有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of IGF-1 on Apoptosis-regulated Proteins Fas/Fasl of Myocardium in Mice with Viral Myocarditis.Methods Sixty Male Balb /c mice were randomly divided into control group,coxsackieB3（CVB3） infection group（infection group）,CVB3 infection with IGF-1 treated group（treatment group）.Animals were killed at d10.The immunohistochemical studies and medical imagine analysis system were performed to evaluate the expression of Fas /Fasl in myocardial tissue.Results IGF-1 significantly reduce the expression of Fas /Fasl on Myocardium in Mice with Viral Myocarditis.Conclusion IGF-1 may offer protection to cardiomyocyte of viral myocarditis in mice.
