摘要
本文报道了利用7230分光光度计、显微摄影,从定性与定量上探测了多种物质溶液对鸡血红细胞的通透相对速度及导致崩解的脆性。
This experiment utilizes such guotes as 7230-visible spectrophotometer etc, and draus sup- port from chart, data and photoes. It probes into how several kinds of solution affcct the trans- porrt and fragilty of chicken crythrocyte from the aspects of transport and fragilty with the com- paniso and contract away indusrial alcohol of different concentration.
