羊血和鸡血红细胞膜通透性的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative Study on the Permeability of Erythrocyte Membrane between Goat Blood and Chicken Blood

摘要 细胞膜是一种半透性膜,能选择性地控制物质进出,研究细胞膜的通透性对细胞病变,某些疾病的致病机理以及药物疗效上有重要意义。本研究以新鲜鸡血和羊血为研究材料,采用观察血细胞在不同等渗溶液中是否发生溶血并记录溶血时间方法来进行比较。将等渗溶液分为脂溶性物质,水溶性物质、水、强电解质、弱电解质几类进行分析,结果表明:鸡血红细胞膜的通透性低于羊血红细胞膜。造成两种红细胞膜之间通透性的差异主要原因是红细胞膜自身的机械强度,红细胞的生理特性,溶质的性质及血细胞来源等多方因素的影响。 Cell membrane is a semipermeable membrane. It could selectively control the entry and exit of substances. The study of the permeability of cell membranes has important meaning for the cell lesion, the pathogenesis of some diseases and the efficacy of drugs. In this study, we took fresh chicken blood and goat blood as research materials, and compared them by observing whether there was hemolysis in different isotonic solution and recorded the hemolysis time. We divided the isotonic solution into the fat soluble substances, water soluble substance, water, strong electrolyte and weak electrolyte types, and then analyzed. The results showed that the erythrocyte membrane permeability of chicken blood was lower than that of goat erythrocyte membrane. The difference between the permeability of the two erythrocyte membranes might be mainly due to the mechanical strength of the erythrocyte membrane, the physiological characteristics of the erythrocytes, the nature of the solute and the origin of the blood cells.
