不同基因型大豆种子脂肪氧化酶与己醛生成量的相关性 被引量:2

Differential Effects of Soybean Lox1 and Lox3 or Lox1 and Lox2 on Hexanal Production in Different Genetic Background

摘要 在添加亚油酸作为反应底物的条件下,以分别含有Lox1Lox3和Lox1Lox2的大豆为材料,研究Lox1Lox3和Lox1Lox2在不同遗传背景下的己醛生成量.结果表明各个Lox1Lox3材料之间在己醛生成量上存在一定差异,变异系数为6.88%;各个Lox1Lox2材料之间在己醛生成量上也存在一定差异,变异系数为6.51%.但进一步作显著性测验都未能达到显著水平,说明不同遗传背景对大豆种子脂肪氧化酶Lox1Lox3和Lox1Lox2在生成己醛量活性方面没有明显影响. With an application of the cultivars either Lox1 and Lox2 or Lox1 and Lox3 as experimental material with linoleic acid as substrate, the differences of the combination of Lox1 and Lox2 or Lox1 and Lox3 in different genetic background in hexanal production are studied.The results show that there are some differences in hexanal production among the materials with the combination of Lox1 and Lox2 under different genetic background, but not significantly, and the CV(%) is 6.88%.The same results is obtained with the combination of Lox1 and Lox3 under different genetic background with the CV(%) being 6.51%.The results indicate that different genetic background could not produce signitficant effects on the combination of Lox1 and Lox2 or Lox1 and Lox3 in production of hexanal.
