中亚五国独立后 ,国际战略地位日显重要 ,其战略地位由其重要的地缘政治位置和丰富的油气资源及有关各方面指标所决定。伴随着国际形势的变化 。
After the independence of the five countries in the Central Asia, its international strategy becomes increasingly important. Its important geopolitical position and abundant petroloil resources decide its strategic status. Its various guideliness decide its strategic status. With the change of international situation, the Central Asia has become the necessary actor in the international strategic pattern.
