摘要
南亚是中国西南方向的近邻，与我国有数千公里的漫长边界，对我西南方向的安全与稳定具有重大的意义。我应从国家战略的总体目标出发，站在稳定周边战略环境、保证边疆民族地区安全、加强国际战略地位的高度，认真看待南亚局势对我国安全的影响，妥善处理同南亚国家的关系。
The article, basing itself on the general aim of China's national strategy, discusses the impact of situation in South Asia on China's security. The subtitles of the article are: ①“One strong power and several weak states”,such a structure is continuing to tilt in India's favor. ②“Two nuclear powers grapple” this strategic posture becomes more and more deep rooted.③“Three triangles interlacing a set of strategic relations” facing an adjustment.The so called “three triangles” are China India Pakistan, China India U.S. and China India Russia.
