摘要
将供应链理论与方法、技术思想、信息、契约设计引入到南水北调东线水资源配置与调度中,重点论证了供应链理念引入的可行性。并分析了南水北调东线水资源配置与调度供应链的概念模型和运作模式。
The theory and method of supply chain, together with the technique thought as well as information and deed design, are introduced in water resources allocation in east line of the Project of Water Transferring from South to North. The feasibility on applying the theory of supply chain is centered on. Also, the supply chain model and the operation mode of the water resources allocation in east line of the Project of Water Transferring from South to North are developed.
