摘要
将CAS范式引入南水北调东线水资源供应链管理项目,研究其复杂性、动态性和整体性,为水资源配置与调度提供理论依据.从供应链的结构、节点企业以及外部环境等角度,分析其复杂自适应性,指出基于软件平台Swarm仿真的可行性和有效性,从复杂性的角度提供了供应链量化建模仿真的理论基础.
The Complex Adaptive System (CAS) paradigm was introduced to study the complexity, the dynamic characteristics and the integrity of the water resources supply chain management in the east route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, providing a theoretical basis for water resources allocation and dispatching. On the step-by-step analysis of the complex self-adaptability of the water resources supply chain from the points of its structure, the nodal enterprises, and external environment, the feasibility and effectiveness of the simulation of the water resources supply chain management for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project based on the Swarm software were analyzed. The research provides a theoretical basis for quantification and modeling of the water resources chain management from the angle of complexity.
