摘要
介绍了一种新型便携式微机多道γ能谱仪,该仪器由低本底γ射线探测器、温度补偿及特征峰稳谱电路、多道ADC、嵌入式微功耗计算机等组成。仪器中使用无"参考源"稳谱技术,从而实现γ能谱测量,其测量的能量范围为50~3000keV,对天然的铀、钍、钾元素的检出限分别为0.8×10-6、1.5×10-6、1.4×10-3。主机3.4kg(含电池1.2kg),探头0.6kg,适用于野外现场和室内对各种物质的γ能谱测量。
This paper introduces a new potable multi-channel γ spectrometry with 3.4kg weight. The new spectrometry is composed of a low background γray detector, a stable circuit with temperature compensation, characteristic peak tracing and no referring source, 1024 channel ADC based on inserted PC104 computer. The energy range covers from 50keV to 3000keV. The detection limits of U, Th and K are 0.8×10^(-6)、1.5×10^(-6)、1.4×10^(-3), respectively.
