摘要
随着电子技术的日益更新,航空γ能谱仪也逐步向小型化、集成化方向发展.设计了一种基于FPGA+STM32的多功能航空γ能谱仪.仪器由Nai晶体探测器、能谱多道分析电路、数据收录电路三部分组成,利用FPGA实现了对γ能谱数据的高速采集、处理、自动稳谱及增益调节等功能.同时基于STM32单片机设计了GPS、温湿度、雷达高度、气压高度等多参数数据采集系统,实现了数据采集、存储和调试功能一体化集成设计,大幅减小了航空γ能谱仪的体积和重量,提升了航空γ能谱仪的小型化水平,可广泛应用于放射性矿产勘查及辐射环境调查等领域.
With the increasing update of electronic technology,aviation gamma spectrometer is also gradually developing towards miniaturization and integration.A multi-functional aviation gamma spectrometer based on FPGA+STM32 is designed.The instrument consists of three parts:NaI crystal detector,energy spectrum multi-channel analysis circuit,and data recording circuit.Using FPGA,the high-speed analysis of gamma energy spectrum data is realized,the functions of acquisition,processing,automatic spectrum stabilization and gain adjustment.At the same time,based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer,a synchronous data acquisition system that can record GPS,temperature and humidity,radar altitude,air pressure altitude and other parameters is designed,and the integrated design of data acquisition,storage and debugging functions is realized.The volume and weight of the aviation gamma spectrometer have been greatly reduced,and the miniaturization level of the aviation gamma spectrometer has been improved.It can be widely used in the fields of radioactive mineral exploration and radiation environment investigation.
