摘要
目的 观察新设计的一种富含谷氨酰胺和支链氨基酸的 19种复合结晶氨基酸处方 (19AA)对创伤大鼠的营养支持效果。方法 2 0只Wistar雄性大鼠 ,随机分成实验组 (19AA组 )和对照组 (国产 17种复合结晶氨基酸 ,17AA组 )。大鼠行创伤手术后 ,分别饲喂以 17AA和 19AA为唯一氮源的合成饲料 ,自由摄食、饮水 ,每日称取饲料、称重 ,术前及术后 3、 7和 14d采血 ,用于测定血浆前白蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白、纤维结合蛋白和血浆氨基酸水平 :收集尿和粪 ,用于氮平衡分析和 3一甲基组氨酸测定。结果 19AA组在体重恢复、血浆蛋白恢复及血浆氨基酸图谱的纠正方面均快于 17AA组。结论 这种新型的 19种复方氨基酸配方对创伤大鼠的营养支持效果优于 17AA。
Objective To investigate the nutritional support of a new aminoacid formula with glutamine and branched-chain aminoacid (19AA) in rats after trauma.Methods 20 Wistar rats were randomly divided into experiment group (19AA) and control group(17AA,a commercial amino acid formula). After injury ,animals were fed with synthetic diets.Either 19AA or 17AA was used as their only nitrogen source. Food intake and body weights were recorded daily.Prealbumin, albumin, total proteins and fibronetin were measured before and the 3, 7, 14 days after operation.Urine and feces were collected for nitrogen and 3-methyhistidine determination. Results Animals in 19AA group gained the body weight,and reverse plasma proteins and turnover plasma aminoacids recovered more quickly than after trauma. Conclusion This novel amino acids formula (19AA) may be more beneficial than 17AA
