摘要
在多目标系统矢量表示的基础上,通过Delphi法确定指标相关系数矩阵,反映指标之间的相关性,从而解决了指标相关性分析问题。在此基础上探讨了基于相关性分析的多目标模糊优选模型。具体算例验证说明:在各个方案差别不大的情况下,考虑各因素之间的相互关系成为合理确定城市防洪标准的关键。
Index relativity-analysis is used to reflect the effect of fuzzy decision-making analysis theory and layer analysis method on making the criteria of city flood control. Through the analysis of the instance, we can point out that fuzzy decision-making analysis theory based on index relativity-analysis is provided with important application value and realistic significance in making criteria of city flood control.
