摘要
为处理模糊定性评价指标和定量评价指标的一致化和无量纲化,较难确定的各指标权重、差异不显著的综合评价指标值以及受主观因素影响较大的优选结果等水利工程方案优选过程中的重要问题,研制了基于模糊优先关系矩阵A的水利工程方案优选投影寻踪新方法(FPRM-PP)。提出了A的最优模糊一致性判断矩阵、一致性指标函数和一致性指标临界值,研制了用加速遗传算法检验、修正A的一致性,并同时计算A各方案优度值的新算法。结果说明:FPRM-PP方法直观、实用,矩阵修正幅度较小,计算结果稳定、精度高。
In order to solve the important problems occurring in optimizing water resources engineering schemes,such as consistency and non-dimensionalization of fuzzy qualitative and quantitative evaluation indexes, difficulty in determining weights of indexes, little difference of comprehensive evaluation index values and notable subjective influence on optimized results, a projection pursuit method is developed, named FPRM-PP(fuzzy preferential relation matrix-projection prusuit). An optimal fuzzy consistency judgement matrix A, consistency index function and its critical values are presented. A new algorithm is proposed to check and modify the consistency of matrix A and to compute the preferential values of each scheme at the same time using accelerating genetic algorithm improved by the authors. The results from theoretical analysis and a case study show that: FPRM-PP is visual, practical; modificative range of matrix is less; its result is stable and of high precision.
