摘要
以偶氮安替比林Ⅲ(简称ApⅢ)为显色剂,在生物酸度pH=7.3下,用偏最小二乘分光光度法研究了在实验条件下吸收光谱严重重叠时,实验模型的预报能力,并同时测定了牛奶中的钙、镁离子。结果表明,方法的准确度较好,结果令人满意。
Optimum condition of color reaction of Antipyrylazo(Ⅲ) with Calcium and Magnesium is studied. The method is proposed for the determination of Calcium and Magnesium in milk. the prediction ability of experimentation model is discussed by Partial Least Squares Spectrophotometry when the absorption spectra is completely overlay. The results of determination are satisfied.
