摘要
以经过灭菌处理的三角叶滨藜种子为材料,以MS和1/2MS+G30或15两个浓度组合的培养基为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的生长素和细胞分裂素,对三角叶滨藜子叶愈伤组织的诱导和分化进行了研究。获得三角叶滨藜幼苗旺盛生长的培养基为1/2MS加G15;在附加不同浓度BA、IAA、IBA、NAA、2,4-D的MS培养基上,筛选出诱导子叶愈伤组织的最适培养基是MS+BA2/L+2,4-D1/L。把愈伤组织接种到附加不同浓度IAA、GA的MS+BAI/L培养基上进行分化培养,筛选出愈伤组织分化的理想培养基是MS+BAI/L+IAAO.2/L+GA2/L。
General mediums are MS and 1/2MS, adding two kinds of quantity G15 g/L and G30g/L. After antidotingthe seeds of Atriplex triangularis are used as explants. The ideal medium for Atriplex triangularis healthygrowth is 1/2MS+G15g/L; then based on that condition different hormone concentration of BA、IBA、NAA、and 2,4-D are added to the MS medium. The medium that suit for the induction of Atriplex triangularis's cotyledonis MS+BA2/L+2, 4-D1/L. The callus were transferred to the medium for differentiation, the ideal medium isMS+BA1/L+IAAGA2.
