摘要
我国管理咨询企业经过二十多年的发展,已经有了一定规模和咨询能力,但规模化、正规化的咨询企业很少,现今几乎全是中小企业。分析我国中小管理咨询企业的发展现状,利用"五力模型"对我国中小管理咨询企业的竞争力进行分析,可找出其竞争力弱的原因,并能够对影响其生存与发展的关键因素进行识别。
After more than two decades' development, China's consultancy businesses have shaped a considerable consultancy capability, but there are few mass and standard consultancy business, almost all are small and medium-sized ones. By analyzing the development status quo of the small and medium-sized consultancy businesses and by using the Five Models to analyze competitiveness of the small and medium-sized consultancy businesses, we can see the reason of their weak competitiveness and can identify the key factor affecting their survival and development.
